Cheapest land in the States are located in the following States
Tennessee, I've never liked that State, my image of that state is just tared or 'tard', tainted.
When I think of that State I just think of old close minded Klansmen from like the 1940's, even though not like that now, but that image of Tennessee just smeared into mind, and use to drive through there a lot, and just not impressed, at least not from the interstate view, and it just seems to 'land locked' for me.
Not only that but if such a great place, why is the land there still so cheap??
Arkansas...land cheap there to, another State I don't really care for, I think of illegal farm labor and ignorant city types, and backward country hill billy 'W' types...no wonder land there so cheap.
And then West Virginia in top 5 of most cheapest land in America, sad thing is that's the State I was born in!!
Drove through there many times, very hilly, very snowy in the winters, and hot and dry in the summers.
West Virginia, just seems like one of those states you'd be very out of place in unless born there.
And yes, although I was born there, moved away shortly after birth, but think I still retained that 'weirdness' that people from that State have.
I mean think about it, I entered the planet Earth through West Virginia...hmm.
All that aside, I want some cheap land, cause going forward, city life just isn't going to cut it anymore.
But also, I want to pay 'cash' for the land, or have payments below $200.00, cause not trying to buy land that's so expensive, have to kill self working all the time just to afford it...I'm getting to old for that now, so need land I can actually afford, without having to destroy body working all the time to live on it.
I will start doing my research here soon, cause I just can't continue down current path for much longer paying over $900.00 a month for rent, that money could be going towards land.
But also, a lot of this cheap land may not be located near employment, that's another major issue working class types have to deal with.
Sure you can buy cheap land 80 miles in remote area, but where would you work?, and who wants to commute 100 miles to work every day?
These issues must be ironed out.
To be continued.

Long haul trucking is one way one can live in remote area and still have a job, but again with long haul trucking one must be away from home for weeks at a time, and what's the point of having land, if never there to enjoy it? Another is 'earn at home' type of jobs, but how many of those turn out to be scams?
Another is 'storage', maybe set a portion of land aside for others to store stuff on and charge them??

Another is 'wild life refugee', contract with Government or public ect. In otherwords, with land, maybe create wildlife refugee area for abused animals, exotic animals? Who knows, just gotta do research I suppose...there's gotta be a way to be able to earn money from land, while on land.

Also don't forget about 'foreclosures', can get great deals that way also!
I've heard of people buying whole homes for under $2000.00!
We all have, whether in some downtown city or rural area.
You know what though, at my stage of life, I'll take that run down home in urban USA or rural USA as long as don't have to pay rent or mortgage, and then fix it up to my liking.
So much research to do.

With me, I can't live in a normal neighborhood, I just can't, I need 'land' or seperation from others, wherever I decide to settle next, I just do.
Neighbors are 'nosey', I need space to be 'me', to play, to do whatever, without neighbor looking through curtains and calling 911 every Saturday night cause burning a bonfire or something.
So I need land, foreclosed land, or a foreclosed farm, and I think the best way to do that is start with licensed RealEstate office, rather than dealing with 'scam' deals found on unliciensed sites online.

$89,000 Or like this, $89,000 or so?...worth it or not? 1000's of listings like this, but I do believe could get for much cheaper, it's the weekend now so offices closed, but come Monday I need to call legit Real Estate places and start from there. I want a place with 'Out houses', basically what they call a 'Recreational farm' or Ranch. I need those extra building on lot in order to create self sustaining income, and no, not from drugs, hell no, but from like maybe renting storage space or 'garage' space or 'animal' space, like a animal hotel or something. Or even vacation rentals, for those who want vacations in remote areas ect... On Monday will call legit Real Estate places and start this process, even have some GI bill could maybe use, we shall see...all I know is want a better future for self than what currently living in urban area, around urban types that I just do not understand, not now or ever.

Also where do you move to, super cold area like Wyoming, where desert land could be cheap, or super hot humid area like Missisippi where land could be cheap as well? I'm originally from cold area, fine when younger, when a kid, and didn't have to 'work' in the cold, but now that older, could I tolerate sub-zero winters?, cold seasons that last for months? I mean if worked inside a office, sure, why not, but if blue collar and have to work in elements, who wants to work where it's blizzard conditions?? I mean cold weather when young, like under 21 is one thing, but cold weather when over the age of 21 is another, especially if have to work in it. I think at this stage of my life, my body would totally just stop working if had to work out in sub zero type weather.. But what if could buy 20 acres for under $10 gran, then what, would it be worth it??, like in Wyoming or North Dakota?
