The Good Neighbor', more of a thriller or mystery than horror This is a good movie, it's solid, acting, for the most part is believable, mainly do to one young 'blonde' male actor who injects real life behavior into film, throughout whole movie. I believe their name is 'Logan Miller'. Their character basically carries the film, without them in it, would probably be a 'B' level movie, but their reactions, interactions, totally make movie more believable... (Logan on the right, with the sandy blonde hair) The 'Good Neighbor' is a well written movie, in the category of a Albert Hitchcock production, or even a Rod Sterling Twilight Zone production. No blood or guts, but movie just keeps you captivated from first minutes do to believability of characters and do to Logan Millers acting style that takes us all back to being a curious, mischievous teen type. the world between being cute and handsome, dumb and smart. From a 1-10, I give this movie a 8+. If in college, a tech type, will get, if older, will bring you back to those days. Movie is cross between light horror and suspense. Those who like books, like to read, will enjoy this movie.

Oblivion, starring Tom Cruise
I think this movie is worth a second look, especially with what we're going through today and this new 'conformity' reality 'or else'.
A lot of the themes of these older movies seem to be coming true now.

1984
You hear plenty about '1984', the book, but tonight's the first time I've seen the movie version which I think probably came out in the 1970's? maybe early 80's.
This movie is very creepy, I mean we've all heard the term 'big brother is watching', well this is the book/movie those terms came from, and by gosh, it's become a reality now, probably more so than in the movie..everything is watching us now, thought police and more, and if step out of line, people get 'vanished', or silenced, mainly by big tech, but as big tech merges with the Government, who knows what's next.
This is a very troubling movie for those still capable of thinking.
There's even a slogan in the movie you see a lot that says 'Freedom is Slavery'...wow
I equate that with 'independent thought no longer wanted'.

Get Gringo - Mel Gibson
This is a decent movie that slipped through my radar, and just now viewing tonight on Netflix, and it's not bad.
If kind of miss the older 'big budget' Box Office movies that had real movie stars in them, than this will fit the bill.
Not the best movie ever, but not the worse, but will entertain you.
Us 'con man' ends up in Mexican prison, what else do you need to know.

I'm totally behind the curb on these newer HD zombie movies
Again, because there's so many different channels now, studios, streaming services, it's hard to keep up with the latest and greatest zombie movies....but for sure, this is one of them...It's HD though, but very very hard to tell.

Daisy jones and the 6
So far this movie is hitting all the right tones with me, I mean I think it's based on a true story? But if into like hippie rock bands from the early 70's and that whole vibe, you'll like this story. All the characters look good, as if should be there, and they really capture that era well.
just started watching season one, so have a long way to go in this series, which is airing on Amazon right now.
