The Good Neighbor', more of a thriller or mystery than horror
This is a good movie, it's solid, acting, for the most part is believable, mainly do to one young 'blonde' male actor who injects real life behavior into film, throughout whole movie.
I believe their name is 'Logan Miller'.
Their character basically carries the film, without them in it, would probably be a 'B' level movie, but their reactions, interactions, totally make movie more believable...

The 'Good Neighbor' is a well written movie, in the category of a Albert Hitchcock production, or even a Rod Sterling Twilight Zone production.
No blood or guts, but movie just keeps you captivated from first minutes do to believability of characters and do to Logan Millers acting style that takes us all back to being a curious, mischievous teen type.
the world between being cute and handsome, dumb and smart.
From a 1-10, I give this movie a 8+.
If in college, a tech type, will get, if older, will bring you back to those days.
Movie is cross between light horror and suspense.
Those who like books, like to read, will enjoy this movie.
