You see, I'm what's known as a fledgling, meaning I was recently turned into what I am now, by a rogue Pure blood, or sire. The problem is, is that before they could teach me the ropes, they were dealt with by the Vampire council and so now having to learn the ropes all by myself.

My problems all began 120 years ago, you see, I'm what you call a fledgling vampire, at best we're a nuisance to true bloodline types, at worst we're food.
I never took being a vampire all that seriously, and well finally the council had had enough, and the decision was made to suspend my conscious in vampire purgatory, for a sentence of 120 years, and when I awakened, I'd be on my own until mature enough to find my way back to the hive for protection, for even vampires need to exist within communities in order to make it, because on our own, we're vulnerable.
So in 2024 or present day, Unless I reconnect with my clan or hive, I haven't got a chance in this new world. So much has changed.

Main antagonist 1 - V-hunter
I hate vampires, And I suspect they're the reason for all the people who go missing every year.
I'm a v-hunter, as was my dad, and his dad, and his dad before him.
(montage of different men, different eras, slaying V's)

In the end, they have to decide if they want to go back and rejoin the secret society of vamps, or if they want to live 'in the light', and help humanity.

What is the movie about?
1. The movie is about sexuality.
2. The movie is about relationships.
3. The movie is about coping.
4. The movie is about morality.
5. The movie is about gay people.
6. The movie is about a love triangle.
7. The movie is about coping with our own sexual insecurities.(Bingo)
We can either cope with our insecurities in a constructive way, or a destructive way, and this movie demonstrates the path of both.
Lances path being constructive and Jim's path being destructive.
