Pain Pain When in pain, it's easy to feel as if God himself hates you. I doubt God hates you, it's probably other things, and possibly diet, lets examine this a bit more closely.

Pain and diet
This I do know about self, when younger and healthier and body able to fight off near anything, pain, what pain?
But as age and more sucsesible to internal infection, than one needs to pay attention to irritants in the food they, we, eat.
The ingredients inside of foods we eat can be irritants to our nerves, if nerves already damaged, kind of like pouring vinegar on a open wound.
------------------------------
I've been in pain lately, for the last month or so, and it sucks!
Muscular or innter nerve pain or something, and I think it's do to an infection.
But rather than rush off to the doctor and pay all sorts of medical fees, I've been trying to resolve it on my own.
And one way is to reverse engineer my diet...what I ate vs what I didn't eat vs how I felt that night or day, and here's what I have concluded so far.
1. Pain is worse when at work, so what am I doing while at work that I'm not doing when at home?
At work, while out and about on my driving job, I tend to eat processed foods, chips, drinks like gator-aide, bottled tea (Arizona), deli food, and sauce as in mustard, ketchup ect. When at home my diet is more natural, thus I'v noticed pain tends to subside when only eating natural foods and water.
Now that's a very big deal, so right there tells me it's the ingredients in the foods I'm eating while out, that are causing me such pain.
So just stop eating processed foods, easy enough right? Yes, I suppose, if have the will power to, cause I have the type of job that you work long hours, get bored and just want to eat.
But I must, for the sake of my health, curtail my eating habits.
And must add have dropped 10 real lbs since gave up drinking, which I originally blamed for the pain.
---------------------------------
Take today vs yesterday, yesterday I was at work, and while sitting in seat of vehicle, felt like crap, that burning sensation, was activated in left arm area, chest cavity area, and yesterday, I did eat processed and deli foods.
Now today, I'm off, haven't hardly eaten anything, and that pain not there, or at about 5% of what it was yesterday.
And the only difference between yesterday and today is what I ate or have eaten, and the over all stress of the job.
Again, that's a big deal.
Stress + processed foods = pain
But than likely it's the food.
Also the nature o my job doesn't help in that just sitting for long periods of time is not good for you, but I have to cause I drive a truck, so have no choice but to sit.
So in conclusion, I think I can lick this pain thing, in my case, by just being careful about what I eat.
This is still an on going experiment with self though so will update over time.
I just don't want to go to the doctor, a walk in clinic, pay $125.00 just to be seen, and then add another 100-200 dollars for whatever else, especially if it's something I could of solved myself.
And if not, say if it's something worse, something fatal, well then it's just my time to go, cause I don't have 10's of 1000's of dollars to dump into the medical system, just to end up dying anyways.
If dying, I want to keep the money I have, so that at least will have roof over my head during the final weeks or months.
But if spend all my money on medicine and treatment, since I have an apartment, how would I pay rent?
I'd be broke in a few month, sick, and, repeat, and homeless, and still dying all at the same time.
Well, hopefully it's not all that, hopefully it's just me being smarter about what I put into body, we shall see.

I also notice, with me anyways, that when stay up for to many hours, pain sets in
In other words when get fatigued, as in staying up for many hours, or working a physical job that requires me to, that's when the pain begins.
So I'm figuring plenty of sleep and rest should and does help, at least with me.
But when working job, I have no choice but to stay up for a long time, I mean between getting up, going to work, being at work, coming home and then going to bed, those are like 18 hour days or longer, not good for the health, at least for me it's not.
Some jobs are indeed literally contributing to our bad health, but luckly with this job it's only 3 days a week usually.

I may go to the doctor soon, cause the pain interfering with even my ability to work without being in discomfort.
I think I just need some penicillin, and will tell the walk in clinic doc that if it's more than that, than I don't need to know.
My life isn't so grand and special that I need to get in debt medically, for $30 gran, just to cure self of something.

Pain is just a big distraction.

Parasites in the body can be the source of pain, that many doctors are to dense to considerameliadanver.com/can-a-parasite-cause-joint-pain/ Your typical low level community clinic doctor usually to stupid to consider that it may be parasites that are causing your pain. So instead of considering it, they instead prescribe you pain pills that could just be food to the parasite. This one post right here, may, over time, help more people than the highest paid doctor ever have.

for the most part, the pain I was in when created this section is pretty much now all gone. I think it was do to parasites, muscle ones, but since taking black walnut leaves, and cloves, and other herbal stuff, it's pretty much gone. No doctor needed, I was my own doctor I suppose. Sometimes I think those little nats that be flying around at night, in front of your computer screen, sometimes I think when the lights go out, I think those nats land on you, bite you, suck blood, whatever, and in doing so I bet some infect your body with parasites or other bacteria. No telling what the intentions of certain flying insects are when the lights go out.

I used to have like that lower nerve feeling back pain, that nerotic nerve pain sensation, or whatever it's called. But since started stretching, way more, and just exercising, way more, it's pretty much gone.
But I think it mainly has to do with yoga like stretching. I never go to the doctor, so all my adult life I always have to figure out how to heal myself.

If in pain do to mild infection, inflammation of the joints, then try some onion/garlic/honey tea
It works for me, not saying it'll work for everyone cause we're all different, but it does work for me, cured me of the inflammatory pain I was having in my joints, which is often times caused by a mild infection.
The nerves in our joints often inflame, when they're fighting off an infection...and we feel the pain of that battle.

Lately, there's some ingredient they're putting into deli chicken that causes my gums to become irritable
Is it like steroids they're feeding commercial chicken that like in store delis order from? Or is it something in the flavoring? or dyes?
I just know as of late, whether it's Chester chicken, or like today, a totally different place, I just know whatever they're adding to deli chicken, fried chicken, my gums become irritatable and feel itchy after I consume the meat, even grocery store deli chicken.

Booze causes pain
Alcohol and drugs cause pain...I know this now cause when I stopped drinking for about a 6 week period, my body never felt better.
But now that in shape again, say if I start drinking again, then stop, the recovery period is a lot shorter. But when I do drink, say for more than 4 or 3 times in a week, I can feel the pain come back...it's subtle at first.
1. Muscle soreness
2. Joint pain
And other subtle things...and you start looking uglier, cause booze makes your face more puffy and sag and look mushy, oily and wet.
I don't think you really notice all this until older.
But yeah, when I stop drinking for at least a week, I feel like I'm 19 again, sometimes better...if I can remember that far back.
