In the Heat of the Night
I've really come to enjoy this TV series and think this is by far Carrol O'Conner's best body of work.
Every single episode is done or written with such precision, and the acting, or maybe 'lack of', is spot on, most of the time, at least from the more veteran actors in the cast.
