My life circle work sheet, ugg
This one worksheet requires you to rate self or satisfaction in each category of 'progress', and well, yuk, I didn't do to well when rating self...here are the categories.
1 = not good, 10 = really good or satisfied
1. Work and Career = 1%
2. Finances = 2%
3. Relationships = 1% (I basically have none, other than people I have to work with, but outside of job, zero)
4. Contribution and legacy = 1%, (if died tomorrow, it would be as if never even existed to anyone)
5. Personal and Wellbeing = 40%, somehow I do manage to keep moral up, not sure how, just my fluffy nature I suppose
6. Health = 85% (For my age I'm pretty healthy, probably healthier than most, for my age, not sure why)
Anyways, after evaluating self, I fall pretty flat on many levels like relationships, and finances and work and career in that get no satisfaction from my job anymore and is why exploring other things online, other careers, and evaluationg self, I guess, is like a fist step.
How do you rate?

I don't agree with all these 'Life Coach' power notes, I just don't.
I think people turn to a life coach cause they do actually need some extra 'juice' in their life, coaches supply juice, I mean if person was capable of supplying that juice on they're own, they would not have turned to 'you'.
To me, clients don't just want you to be the good golly fortune teller who only says what is nice and agreeable.
The purpose of a coach in athletics is to push, motivate and guide, not sure why life coaching someone should be different.
