It amazes me that when you're in shape, and zip around at work, or at beginning of work, and people think it odd that you move so fast.
Like some guy said today 'Why you always running around'?
As if they're so far removed from being in physical shape (which they are) that they can't relate to being light on the foot and bouncy, as if still a adolescence. Well when in shape, regardless your age, you will feel like a adolescence, and move like one to.

I suppose I should get up and out and go exercise a bit.
Like this video here says, sometimes a walk in the park can do a person good.

Daily water intake chart Daily water intake chart. I think I need to start drinking more water. Tom Brady, the Tampa Bay football player, is notorious for drinking a ton of water every day, and look at his longevity. I think there's something to drinking lots of water.

Just got back from exercising in the park
Just got done exercising in the park, what a lovely day out.
Today feels more like Saturday to me, and yesterday kind of felt like Friday or Sunday.
My work schedule has me all backwards.
And I drank yesterday, even though trying to stop, but yesterday I felt so energetically depleted that I just needed a boost.
Alcohol doesn't boost you, but what it does is make it fun to feel bad.
I think I felt so spent yesterday just do to the job I have, long hours of driving.
People have no idea how draining long hours of driving can be in a big rig, back to back long days of mindless focus.
When you drive, unlike a desk job, you constantly have to focus, not just on yourself but other vehicles, and that's what's so draining over time.
Anyways off today, and off tomorrow, hip hip hurray.
Now onto something else.

yes, I still use these from time to time These tension spring whatever's have been around probably since the 1960's in one form or another. There good for, I don't know, when you know you want to work out but don't feel like it. There enough to make you feel like you may of done something, but probably didn't. And that's just the mood I'm in now, I know I should workout, but don't feel like it, so will 'spring it'.

I feel drained right now, not drowsy, but drained, I think I have a bug or something.
Literally parasites or something inside of me draining me of my energy, causing slight pain in my arm.
And pain drains, pain has an accumilative effect on energy level, and it just drains.
Got home from work today, and all I did was undress and lay down, and now it really is about time to actually go to bed for real here soon.
Not much of an evening, that's for sure.
I need some hope in my life right now, wish I could move away from the scum I live around, but it takes 1000's of dollars to move now days, and lots of energy, and enthusiasm.
And everyone is flooding to the state I live in, so rent is going up, house rentals going up, apt rentals going up, there is no more sanctuary for the working class.
Anyways, let me get up, pay a bill (rent), do a few other things, then hit the hay sack.

Natural herbal remedies
As big pharma begins pushing another round of covid fear, I'll stick to natural herbal remedies.
Sad that even CDC and FDA, now in the pockets of big pharma, it's gross to observe it...how now they even want to convince you, the public, parents, that your 5 month old should get the covid vaccine?
Are you Fckn kidding me?
Anything for profit, I suppose.
'Here, jab your child with this vaccine that they don't need, just so our share holders can buy another lodge in the mountains', says the big pharma devils.

Well, about to force self to get up, get dressed, and go out and exercise.
My health progress is just odd at times.
I'm back to very light weight, but some upper inner muscle pain has come back.
I think it's the crap they put in processed foods, citric acid, and that other ingredient, something syrup, it's like the crack cocaine of sugar.
It's the ingredients in certain processed foods, is what I think it is. I got a bit sloppy last week, and so the pain has come back a bit, it's all about reverse engineering your habits and diet and seeing what you ate, or did prior to the pain or joint pain ect.
And I'm convinced it's the ingredients in certain foods I ate last week, ti's like it activates something in the body or inflames, or wakes up parasites, I don't know, I just know it's something in the food.
Anyways, time to go exercise.

I never picked up the habit of smoking I never picked up the habit of smoking. I tried it once or twice in high school, but it just never did anything for me, and that's usually when you get addicted. My Mother use to smoke back then, and my Dad would smoke pipes, now and then, even some of my friends smoked, but I could just never pick the habit up. Thank goodness, or maybe I wouldn't be in as decent shape I am now, not to say I didn't embrace other bad health habits, mainly drinking now and then.

Stress is not good, even sometimes just opening emails can be stressful
Yes, stress is no good, and lately I find even checking emails can make me feel stressed out at times, especially going back to older conversations that you've already gotten over.
Like say you were drunk 3 days ago, typed in, well, drunk type of stuff, but only now looking at email response from whomever you sent them to. Now it's been days, you've long gotten over your 'mood', forgotten about it, so all the email does is take you back to a moment you walked away from days ago, and that can be stressful, especially if it was a silly passionate moment you'd rather forget about, or even a angry moment you'd rather forget about.
It's why when drunk, and if emailing, better to send the type that evaporate after a certain time.
