Prebiotics? I just bought some Bragg vinegar with 'prebiotics' in it, and well until now didn't even know what that meant, but did some reading here... www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/prebiotics-overview And found that prebiotics are a source of food for your guts 'healthy' bacteria that your stomach cannot digest, so instead works way down to lower digestive track where it becomes food for your bodies healthy bacteria. And then there's probiotics which are live yeast and good bacteria that live in your body and good for digestive system, most of this, I guess, comes in foods we already eat, but like everything else now days, can also get in supplements. Anyways, that's my health update for the moment, much more to follow, hopefully, if stay healthy..

Most bacteria, which cause the common cold, originate in the nose, throat area of body Vinegar kills stuff, at least bad stuff, so I notice if gargle with strong vinegar, colds go away, and or if swab nose with vinegar, colds go away, since the nostrils are where most bacteria accumilate. But that works for me, not saying it'll work for others.

Going to get up out of bed, get dressed (a workout within itself), and go to park and walk a few laps while I still have the upper hand on fitness.
During the holidays it's so easy to slip out of shape with time off from work, possible drinking, eating, and general slouching around.
Two weeks of that can set you back months in fitness, and life is easier when fit.
When I'm fit, everything becomes easier, work, walking, everything just becomes easier, it's when I'm not fit that everything becomes a dredge. When fit, I'm awake and alert, when not fit, I always feel drowsy.
So, it's time to get up out of bed, this bedroom, get dressed and go do a few laps and get the blood circulating.

I need to get up and out and go exercise, I just hope there's no 5G towers at park that will scramble my brains, I'm starting to now notice these towers in places I didn't before.

I'm about done thinking I can loose weight, I think I'm at the near perfect weight for my age, cause I keep looking at the average, and no matter what I do, as of late, weight stays in that average.
I think to fall below that average weight I'd have to get in athlete shape, as if training for competition, but I'm not.
I'm not training to compete, so why torture self like that as if I am?

Last week was jogging in the park, and fast walking, today, right now, can't even muster the mental energy to go out grocery shopping, may have to do the order groceries to your door thing today.
But I've been kind of ill also, is probably why energy level so low.

Health, energy and vitality, amazing how we take all three of those for granted most of our lives.
Even the mind, just thinking, takes up energy. Being creative takes up vast amount of energy, one doesn't realize that until low on energy.
Whole days can go by and still only get a few things done.
No wonder elected officials hire and have staff.
I'm no elected official, but dern, if I had 1-3 personal staff members, oh how much more I could get done in the course of a day.

Make sure you have fresh supply of air to your indoor room
Like right now I have fan sucking air from outside to the inside of place to bring in clean fresh air, why?
Cause inside air can become stagnant (Also should ask apartment if they do a black mold inspection)
Lot's of people get sick, stay sick, do to inside air being very stale and stagnant which of course allows bacteria and viruses to accumilate and fester.

Squats I'm going to do some squats here soon, why? Cause leg strength and coordination is vital to good posture, in my opinion. And having strong legs just makes your day easier, cause you feel lighter to yourself. Being fit just makes everything seem physically easier. And no, not trying to become some power lifter, in fact will barely add weights at all, but just the bar, and maybe 1 or 2 10 lb weights on each side will do the trick. When get older, sometimes just squating the 45 lb bar is all it takes to get toned legs and good workout. Anyways, let me get started cause 'work out' is what came up on my 'to do list'.

I'm getting 'fit lazy', as of the last 2 weeks, and when that happens I notice my drive to do other things deteriorates as well. So, that being said, the very first meaningful activity I will do today is get dressed, then go exercise in da park, do a few laps, shoot some ball, whatever it takes to get back into that energy stream I was tapped into a few weeks ago before getting distracted by 'pain'. Well at this exact moment don't feel no pain, other than the pain of being ashamed that I'm so unmotivated and wasting all this great time I have off. The good thing is that I've lost a lot of weight, will soon be border lining 'skinny', but toned. That being said, it's time to go torture self in da park for a while. Hopefully after that I'll feel charged and motivated, but by then everything will be closed...bummer.
