You can do a lot with ground hamburger meat, like today when just heated cheap store bought burrito, where the filling taste more like mush, well I just added my own pre cooked groundbeef to it and it totally improved the meal.
There's all sorts of things you can add ground beef to to beef up the flavor and texture of food.

Totally torturing gut with one of the most unhealthy meals cold start the day with, ramon noodles, eggs, beef sausage, spagetti sauce and whatever.
Totally torturing the gut be feeding it that slop, but just in one of those moods where I don't care, even though I should.

Air fryers are cool, but boy will they dehydrate your meet is you don't have the tempurature right or leave it in to long.
It's like I've turned my steak into beef jerky.

If I by like those pre made deli sandwiches, turkey, ect, and they have white bread, when I get home I change the white bread out with wheat bread. Many times though, I'm not headed home when I buy those sandwiches, and so just have to eat the useless bleached white bread instead.

I've got to go into the kitchen and cook some meat, either that or freeze it, cause I'll be working the next 3 days, and won't have the energy or state of mind to cook it when get in from work tomorrow. And if don't cook or freeze soon, of course it'll rot, then will have been a waste of money.

Eat this once a week, and your health will improve Wow, there's just something about salmon fish, steak, meat, whatever, that if eat once a week, will keep you healthy, even if have other bad habits as in drinking. Since I've been eating one salmon steak a week, I just feel healthier. No wonder grizzley bears love this fish, and are so strong.

I think this is true, and today will head to the store and buy yet another salmon steak. It usually lasts me about 1 week...but I do think salmon does improve ones health.

Just got back from shopping, wow, 131.00 and some change. I've never ever been on food stamps in my life, always to proud for that stuff, but now...hmm...nah.
I'd be to embarrassed to use them.
Anyways, between '
1. getting dressed and groomed
2. walking out to vehicle and driving to the store
3. parking, and walking into the store
4. Walking around the store shopping
5. checking stuff out and seeing price
6. Rolling cart out to car, transferring groceries into the car
7. Being asked to sign some kind of 'womans rights' petition, while in parking lot
8. Driving back home
9. Unloading groceries from car into where I live (2 trips)
10. Putting groceries up in proper place
Between all that, I'm a bit spent.

Fresh fried deli chicken always tastes so so good, that is until you refrigerate it and warm it up in the microwave, then it just loses that fresh deli, crisp taste.

I can't stand sissy meatI can't stand sissy meat, or beef jerky, that is meat that's overly processed to remove all the tough, gritty, chewable fat gragmules. Is why I can't stand chicken tenders. Bought some beef sausage the other day, and it's like they just keep sissifying the meat. Sausage shouldn't have the same texture as bolini. And beef jerky shoould be mushy. Anyways, I think it's time for bed now.

Just got done grocery shopping, wow, shopping can really take a lot out of you physically
I consider myself in decent shape, for my age, but wow, the task of shopping can really take a lot out of you, I mean the whole ordeal.
1. Getting dressed = 15 minutes or more
2. Face grooming, hair, another 10-15 minutes
3. Going out to vehicle in the hot sun.
4. Driving to store in the heat, traffic lights, ect (luckly I live about 2 miles from store)
5. Parking, then getting out to walk into the store, in the heat
6. Then the shopping begins, can last from 15-30 minutes.
7. Then the line, the check out line, more standing and waiting.
8. Then the walk back out to vehicle, pushing cart
9. Then placing items from cart into vehicle
10. Driving back home
11. Taking groceries from vehicle to house or apt, and if live on 2nd or 3rd floors or higher, Just imagine how grueling that can be, especially if have to make multiple trips in the heat.
12. Then gotta put all the groceries up, in fridge, cabinets, ect
13. Then gotta toss or recycle the plastic bags
Sorry, but that's like a whole sporting event, Just going shopping and all.
Especially if have to carry bottled water up a flight of stairs, what a workout...no matter what age you are.
Old age gets scarier and scarier to me with each passing day.
