Property vs mobility for the working class I often ask myself, if not a millionaire, what should be more important to me as I age, property ownership or mobility? Which would serve me better? Let's explore this a bit as time allows.

Property vs mobility if apart of working class Property would allow me to just settle, but that's assuming it's out and right paid for, if not, property simply means long hours at work forever. Mobility, as in say cheap used RV, means I could travel to where opportunity was, and when there live for cheaper than 'rent'...as in either camp out rest areas, or rv parks or some people will 'lease' Rv spot on their property, still much cheaper than local rent. Plus with RV...could work part time, take those odd jobs, and earn just as needed, rather than earn cause a wage slave. I mean you can't afford to live in Portland do to high rent, but if have RV, could live and work there and park on beach on weekend, almost the life of a millionaire.. I've pushed the idea of RV's for over a decade now, use to own one actually, when most average people scoffed at them...this place here always ahead of the curb, can even upload pics to verify my claim. Always ahead of the curb here or elsewhere in vast communication circle.

Property vs Real Estate
I mean yes, I want land, who doesn't, but unless can pay for in cash, than what's the point?
Then you simply spend all your time working to make payments, then simply die, get old, before can enjoy your 'return'...what a sick deceptive formula...that many have been told is the 'good path'.
With RV, you're like animals, you can go wherever, enjoy whatever scenes you want, and all for free!
Can park on the beach, farm country, in the mountains, ect, for free, if do it right, without paying a dime.
Hmm.
But still would need income if part of working class, but not much, cause if RV paid for, all you'd need is..
1. RV insurance payment...$80.00 a month?
2. Gas...40-200 a month?
3. Cell phone/wifi internet stuff...100 a month?
4. And other stuff, as in health insurance, ect..that you may or may not need.
Bottom line if could earn $400 a month would be OK...Or 100 a week...could do that part time.
You can be happy in this world without a lot of money, especially if two of you doing it together.
Life is more fun with 2 or even 3.

Not only that but usually cheap land is miles and miles away from employment opportunities, so ye, you own cheap land 600 miles away from job, but how realistic is that?
Unless able to generate income from home, that would not work out to well.

Unless able to generate income from home, that would not work out to well. Unless put together group and formed like a 'commune'...and I know that's been turned into a bad word and concept by 'the right'...but it's what the rich do when you think about it, the wealthy 'pool' their resources in order to control things, buy things ect....so why is it bad when average poor do the same, as demonstrated by 'Reddit' earlier this week? But I've spoken about that over a decade ago...so that concept nothing new to me. Even though I don't like FB, don't trust them, maybe I'll join again, and try to form 'commune group', but maybe use different name...people who want to buy recreational farm, cash...and live on it for free, other than taxes. Better than living in crowded violent urban apartment areas.

Still would like to own some acreage, again
Can't believe I did own a few acres years ago, but was to young and dumb to hang onto it, what a fool I was, just thought land would always be cheap and plentiful, had no idea the world, the America of freedom, would change so drastically over a decade or so.
Didn't know greedy demonic corporations and Bill Gates, and Wall street would start buying up all the land, and cheap homes for sale, thus taking away 'ownership' from common people which has always been a vehicle to wealth, for the common person.
I just didn't know the world, or nations dynamics would change so drastically over a few short years or I would of hung onto that land no matter what.
But I didn't, and would like to get more, but the only thing is all the cheap, as in under 15,000 dollars for over 5 acres of land deals lays way out in the desert in the middle of nowhere, and today with the cartel running amuck in the South West, you'd almost be a sitting duck with so many immigrants flooding the boarder, no telling who'd show up at your door at night....thanks to this rotten Biden admin.
So now, with that in mind, not sure what to do going forward...RV?...sure, but I can't stand living around others, hate being judged by others, and RV parks are way to cramped for my style. I like being able to walk outside at night, and have no one else around, being able to start a bon fire, cook, walk around naked, do whatever, without judgmental geeks spying on you and calling 911 on you every time their bias minds think you're a threat to them just for watering your garden.
Also, as long as tied to a physical manual job, can't enjoy life way out in the middle of no where if have to commute 100 miles one way to work everyday.
Not sure what to do, just kind of losing my way in today's world.

House or not? House or not? That's the question for me right now. Do I want to try to get another house at my age? Either way I have to either pay rent or mortgage until I'm dead. Well actually I don't, one of my parents left me 2 properties, homes, one though, not even sure if livable. The other one is in a place I don't really like, so I suppose could just up and move to either place. Both places in the south. I don't know, just don't want to be anchored to the past like that, and can't stand co-owning anything. I'd rather just get own place, but to do that I must qualify, which means possibly paying off some past debt. And here's the thing, could pay off that past debt (which is a total waste of money to me) and still not qualify, now would have just spent 1,500.00 for nothing. One sec...

My lease will expire soon, and I just don't know what to do anymore, rent keeps going up, and I hate, repeat, hate moving at my age, it's just no fun anymore especially if doing so alone. I mean I've gotten use to this place and rent's going up anyways everywhere and don't see how I'll do better for the same price. At least here I have privacy in back porch area and it's quiet. When you move, you have no idea how your neighbors will be, especially if moving to an apartment. I need to go ahead and try to get a home, but even that can be a pain. But if don't try to get a house, with a fixed payment, I'll be priced out soon, as rent just keeps going up and there's no limit to how high rent can go...no rent protection at all. Life is just cruel when you're lower income type, just plain ugly and cruel life is to you.

Section 8 folks are being shoved out of apartment complex where I stay
No wonder more whites, and other non black younger, more vibrant folks have been moving in lately, cause I heard today that where I stay will no longer accept that section 8 housing voucher stuff.
How do I feel about it?
I just hope my next neighbors are working class types, young and sexy as well.
cause tired of having for neighbors these section 8 types who aren't educated and can't hold a conversation for squat cause never had to.
When get crap for free, one never has to work on personal development and personality skills.
I prefer to live around the working class, of any color.
Working class people, whether male or female, or regardless of color, just seem more intelligent to me.

And to me, the best, safest neighbor you can have, at least while living in apartment, is a working class single black male. I know that will shock many, but it's true. A working class single black male is a gem to live next to, cause they're usually responsible and quiet, and understand the scrutiny society puts on them, so go out of their way to NOT fit any negative black male stereotype. And single black females or even paired black females, are usually the worst to live around...loud, rude, have loud guests over, boyfriends be streaming in and out all times of the night and day. I also wouldn't mind living around younger gay twinkish gay white male or males, cause they're cute and playful. I don't care who you are, if move around or next to me, just don't be ugly and old. Why couldn't I be so lucky as to have some cute, working class, younger white dude like this move in next to me, and if gay, so what, I could care the freagen less.

Not everything is holy about the industrial west. The industrial West is probably responsible for more death and destruction than the primitive east, so to speak.

Not all black folks are ghetto or live in the hood, as this video demonstrates
Take a ride, a casual stroll on a bike, through this very well kept middle class predominantly black neighborhood, where the home owners take care of their houses and yards. No rift raft here...just peace and calm, and even an American flag.
Don't tell MSNBC or CNN this, cause they think, need, all blacks to be poor, angry and desolate, to fit their narratives, and to an extend even Fox does as well.
